Yes, with no trial period and no credit card required. The Community plan is free to keep. It covers one group page, push notifications, PWA access, and up to 10 announcements and 10 events. Many small groups never need more.
You can archive older content to stay within limits, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited publishing. We will not delete your content or lock you out without notice.
Usually the PTA or PTO organization pays from its operating budget. The yearly plan ($99/year) is well within most school group budgets. Some schools pay directly. Either way, one account covers the full school.
Each school gets its own account. If you manage multiple schools, reach out about district-level licensing; we will work out pricing that makes sense.
Volunteer names and email addresses are automatically anonymized 30 days after an event. We do not sell parent or school data and do not use advertising tracking as part of the product workflow.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Yearly plans can also be invoiced for organizations that need a paper trail for budget approvals.
